I have bought a resale hdb flat without taking grant , I did not take grant because earlier i had a plan to apply for BTO after 5 years of MOP , so that i will get first preference in the balloting..Now I have changed my mind , I am planning to buy Private condo after 5 years.. Am i not utilizing the grant here ? and Is there any way to get the grant now ..I am a Singaporean and my wife is also a Singaporean at the time of buying property.. Ashok
