I have bought a DBSS , TOP is around 2015. with the current HDB resale market sentiment should I cancel the purchase and pay the 1.25% instead of selling my HDB ? The falling of COV is more than 1.25% . I will buy a condo when the price fall further and no need to sell the HDB dirt cheap.
