I have bought a condo in the East on May 2013. Already pay the 20% down payment and ABSD ( 2nd property ) . Until now still have not start to monthly instatment as the project is still on going.

May I know if it is possible if I want to return the unit to the developer ( already 1 year plus )

What is the penalty ?

Can get bsck the ABSD ?

Hi,

You are already legally bounded to complete the rest of the transaction. If you abort the sale now you might be sued by the developer.

If you try to sell the unit now you will have to pay Seller Stamp Duty.
