I have been informed by agents that International Plaza is still one of the prime properties for investment in commercial property. However, i do not understand why when this Plaza has only 57 years left & its value will diminish with each passing year. Yet office spaces there are selling so well. I am thinking of investing in International Plaza but I am afraid a few years down the road its value will be nothing much. Am I right ?
