I have a unit in Clementi which i need to sell after May 2013.As it is on low floor and vacant i would like to know if is asking 30,000k COV will it be too challenging??If any agent out there can fetch my Require amount or even better im willing to pay 2.5%-3% commission to the agent.

Depending on your actual location, ethnic restriction, unit facing, lift upgrading payment status, and area size, $30k COV is not too challenging.
