Asked by Mr. Jason Wai
I have a thought of buying a landed property near one of those international schools, in hope that I can rent it out to foreigners who have children studying near the international school and then subsequently selling the house when its value appreciates. Given that foreigners cannot buy landed properties, it will not be difficult to rent it out and landed properties will gradually appreciate due to the low supply of land for such buildings. Is my argument flawed?
