I have a question regarding the timing of sale of my existing HDB. My condo is expected to TOP end of the year or Q12017 and I'm looking to sell my current HDB.
Would now be the right time to start marketing the unit now? Also, is it advisable to work with the buyer's agent to sell the unit instead of getting my own agent to sell?
