i have a condominium that i bought for investment around 2 plus years ago(not sure exactly when but should be more than two plus years..condominium is Orchid Park Condominium 872 sq ft 10th floor. paid full cash as deposit and rest financed by ocbc bank loan (which have been paid for around 2 years plus too).. as i have some personal debts , i am keen to selling the property asap but i do not know how much to sell it for so that minus the stamp duty and the amount to pay back the bank i will have enough to settle my debts.. Any agent can help? (james)..
