I'd recommend that you revisit the objectives when you bought your condo and ask yourself if these objectives have been met. The next question you should ask should be your opportunity costs in placing the sales proceeds in some other assets. Whether the potential returns are lower or higher than your rental income.. Pls feel free to drop me a mail if you have any other questions. Read More

Hi JC,

Resale market is slow, but it does not means there is completedly no transactions. It depends on location, facing and asking price.

Dependings on what's your objective and next direction? If you need some money for another property or new launch, then sell it and cash out. If the rental yield is still good, then keep it for passive income.

If you have decided to sell, then let's us work together to achieve your asking. I would be glad to assist you in marketing your unit for sale.

Please feel free to drop me an email or call me directly for a non-obligation discussion, if you still have further questions. Alternatively, we can also meet up to discuss
at your convenient time and place.

Thank you & Best Regards
