Ander has provided you an estimated valuation based on the valuation of a unit currently on sale in the vicinity, however, you have to take note that unless both units conditions are on par, such an estimation will likely be inaccurate since we do not know how the condition of that unit is.

To be more accurate, it will be great if I am able to pay you a visit at your unit and on to of that, work out your desirable selling price as well as your plans after sale. In addition, I would also love to share with you some tips in assisting my clients sell their place at a desirable price.
