I have a 4A HDB property purchased in August 2013.I am a PR. I have only 1Y of my MOP completed and 4Y to go. If due to personal and unforeseen circumstances outside my control like difficult job market etc if i want to give up PR and sell HDB with in MOP am i liable to
pay any penalty or SSD ?

Afternoon,

For all residential property, if you were to sell it within the 4 year mark, SSD is payable. You will also be liable to pay the bank on the penalty charges and administration fee payable.
