I have a 4 room flat in bishan st 13. It is currently being rented out for a one year lease. It's still left with 9 months. But i am in need urgently to sell of the property. Is there a way around this? Please advise. Thank you

Afternoon Jonathan,

Based on most TA, landlord or tenants would have to provided one month notice if either party require to have the agreement terminated earlier than expected. However, compensation might be required if your tenants requested for it. I would believe your salesperson might be your next best consultant as at this moment.
