I have 70K CPF with very little cash and I have intention to join with another investor to fully purchase a property without any loan, the strategy is to purchase the lowest $PSF property so that it would be easier to sell at the highest price for that floor space.
The property will be a resale property and would not be purchased directly from the Housing board, we would be buying using the joint singles scheme.
All cost would be tabulated and calculated to ensure profitability including commissions, legal fees, buyer stamp duties, seller stamp duties, insurance, rental income, property tax, furniture purchase kept to the minimum and a selling price would be set to ensure profitability.
All cash outlay would have to be paid by you without any loan of any kind including credit card, personal loan, venture capital.
Property agents who is able to match another investor is also welcome.
