I have 7 related family members registered under private condo unit but essentially, only 1 member stays there. The rest of the 6 are residing in HDB flats. If the 1 single family member who is staying at the private condo wants to rent out a room to a tenant, would that pose a problem since on paper, there are more than 6 related family members?
Also, is it an offense to have an IC reflect an address where one is not the owner?
