I have 2 properties. I'm staying in a private condo. Currently my HDB is rented out till May 2016. Can I expect resale prices to go up in 2016 onwards? Should I sell or should I hold on to my HDB first and continue to rent out the whole house? I don't intend to buy any more property in Singapore.
