Dear sir/madam,

It will be good to work out your financing needs in terms of loan, especially when financing of commercial properties is strictly only by cash.

Your $100k cash if inclusive of the Stamp Duty and miscellaneous fees involved for purchasing could probably allow you to look at properties about $700k to be comfortable provided you are able to secure loan for the balance amount.
