Evening,

S&P depends alot on unit's location, level, facing, condition and pricing. You gauge your buyers as not genuine due to which aspect? They cannot meet your asking price?
With current Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty, it might be tougher to sell your property, unless the price is right.
