I had bad experience previously , it seems some of the clients my previous agent brought are not event qualify to buy, and there is only a limited few co agent from his company bringing clients . It is stressful as there are a few last min or late nights appointments , clients who obviously have different needs but the agent went ahead and do a full lengthy presentation. What are some of the basic things an effective and motivated agent will do to market my property ? Can my previous agent still list my property if the exclusive period had ended for a few months already ?

Good morning,

It's my duty to assist my client to ensure that the buyer's requirement matches before I proceed with any viewing arrangement. However, your agent might want to show you that he is still active on your listing despite the current market situation. Being seller, it's common that they will engage many other agents or change agent when they feel that their current agent is not performing, regardless of the market situation. I would advise that you talk to your agent and understand the situation better before concluding.
