I had bad experience previously , it seems some of the clients my previous agent brought are not event qualify to buy, and there is only a limited few co agent from his company bringing clients . It is stressful as there are a few last min or late nights appointments , clients who obviously have different needs but the agent went ahead and do a full lengthy presentation. What are some of the basic things an effective and motivated agent will do to market my property ? Can my previous agent still list my property if the exclusive period had ended for a few months already ?
