Hi ML,

For buying apartment in Singapore, the price range is from 800 to 3000 per square feet, depends on the condition and location. The common size is from 500 sqft to 2000+ sqft.

Bank loan is up to 80%, stamp duty applied, detail amount of stamp duty depends on buyer's condition.

Stamp duty is around 3% for SG citizen and PR, 13% for foreigner.

Bank interests rate is around 1.1 to 1.4.

Lawyer fee will normally absorbed by bank.

The whole transaction will normally takes 3 month to complete.
