I gave an exclusive to an agent to sell my flat but it was not sold during the period of the exclusive. Since the exclusive has ended, I would like to engage another agent to sell my flat.

Do I have to pay the previous agent commission?

Afternoon,

Exclusive is providing the assigned agent the sole rights to market the unit. When this exclusive have ended, you have the right to ask the agent to stop marketing the unit and let the next agent take over.

Do contact me further if you require further assistance.
