I currently own a flat with one of my parent. The current flat was purchased in Nov 2010. As we have not met the 5 years MOP, is it possible to sell the flat? We intend to remove my name and downgrade the flat so that I can apply for a place with my future spouse. No loans was taken for this flat. Thanks
