I currently lived in Punggol Central next to the MRT. I plan to sell off my 5-room flat for a 4-room in the same area. Is it a good time to sell or would I be in a better situation to fetch a higher price when the waterfront mall is up sometime Q3 of 2015? Your advice pls.

Afternoon Mr. Koo,

Since you are looking to buying and selling within the same area, that would mean that price increase for the sales of your unit will also mean that pricing for 4 room flat will follow. I would deem that now might be a better chance as your purchase pricing will be lower than past and your loan quantum will not be as high.
