Hi Mr Tan,
As explained by my colleagues, ABSD refund is only applicable for married owners and for the property purchased as a matrimonial home.
In your case, it will not be possible to get a refund unless you sell off 1 of your property and after which purchase another property and sell off your remaining one within 6 months. In this case, you will be eligible for the refund. DO take note that since it is a refund, you will need to pay the ABSD first and subsequently apply for refund if you have met all the conditions.
I personally would not advise you to adopt this method as I have seen people who were unable to get a refund after failing to offload their property within the 6 months period.
If you are open to selling, may I suggest that you secure buyers first before buying because in today's market conditions, it is much easier to buy as compared to selling.
