Hi,

Unfortunately no, as you are required to sell off your flat within 6 months of EC key collection and hence the subletting will not be approved. Its best to get the unit marketed as soon as possible with a more aggresive marketing plan in order to secure a buyer quickly.

The fact is you supposed to dispose off your HDB flat within 6 mths upon collection of keys for your EC.

Thus renting out is not permitted under HDB rules and regulation.
You only have 1 option which is to sell your flat immediately.

Hdb will not allow you to rent out your hdb while you are supposed to have sold your hdb .

It is better you sell your hdb as soon as possible or else risk having the uthorities taking back your hdb at a price that is not favourable to you , for sure at lower than market price .
