I bought my resale flat in end of 2015. Reaching 3 yrs soon. I would like to sell and downgrade to a smaller house due to personal reasons. Am i able to do it?

Good afternoon owner,
Do take note that you will have to fulfill minimum occupation period of 5 years before you are eligible to rent or sell the unit.
If you wish to do it before MOP is up, you will have to appeal with hdb branch office that is in charge of your unit.
