I bought my 1st current 4rm flat directly from HDB using HLE. Hv already fufilled the mop. Was thinking to sell & upgrade. Can I purchase another unit from HDB using HLE? If cannot.. say I will hv to buy from resale market (wan buy 1st before sell) & I wanna use HLE, do I only get 60% loan from HDB cos of the new ruling? Need some help.
