I bought HDB BTO flat in the Bukit Batok area. Currently I am staying in the Bukit Batok st 52. My flat is 3 Room 73 sqm. I will be going to get the key on next month May 2018. Can I start to market the existing house now onwards. My house is 73 Sqm. How much is the market price. Recently Its HIP upgraded.
Please advice ASAP.
