I bought a house a year back, what are the implications are returning the flat on the basis that I am not working anymore and that I can't pay any of the instalment. I am also not able to rent out the flat sufficiently enough. What are the options I have?

Afternoon,

On what basis would you support the claim of being unable to work? And how would you constitute that you cannot rent out the room for extra income? Are you using bank or HDB loan or should I ask: is your property private or HDB unit?
