I bought 2 commercial properties in Melbourne back in 2007 going into contract that provides guaranteed 6& p.a. rental and a sell-back clause after 3 years however in 2009, the development went into receivership and the new management refuse to acknowledge the original contract. Can anyone advise a way forward or knows the laws in Australia for such a situation? Desperately needing advice. Thanks in advance....
