I & biz partner to invest in a unit condo 1 or 2 bedrooms for investment. I & biz partners plan to invest in a small unit condo 1 or 2 rooms for invest.renting out. Is it advisable? Have $100k on hand. Need to be in good location with demand monthly rental must able to cover bank loan.

Hi Jo,I have units that are freehold that are in the range of $680K and these are new studio apartments. You will still need a like $136K. This is based on a 80% loan assumption.

I have units that will be coming on the market in about 6-7 months time. They have a good yield.

But as in all investment purchase must always look at location, Cashflow and capital gain potential
