Your 3 bedroom unit at NV residence of around 1076 to 1180sqft should fetch around $1mil to $1.05mil. Do note of the ABSD if this unit was purchased with subsales under the new cooling measures.

As for the upcoming purchase, which project or area would you prefer? Kindly advice on the budget, requirements and concerns which you may have.
