I am trying to sell my unit. I can only sell to Indian or Malay buyers but my area is most wanted by chinese buyers. My agent is facing difficulty to get the indian and malay buyers so please advise what can i do to solve this issue?

Morning Charles,

Such cases are common in Bishan, Pine Close, Cantonment and few other estates. You can either opt to sell at lower COV or write into HDB and appeal your case or wait it out till the time is right. Alternatively, if your marriage is under mixed marriage, things might be different.
