Good morning,

Under CEA ruling, all agents have to cobroke their listing as this is allow maximum exposure for their client's property. For your case, you might want to check with your agent on what is the issue with cobroking. Is it the agreed commission figure too low for him to cobroke on or is it just his usual practise to do so.
