Good morning seller,

Not to worry, it might be duplication of same units.

Probably you can share with me which project you are referring to? I personally some HDB and handled some rentas in Hougang. Moving there within 1 to 3 months as well.

First to kick start the process, i need some information to draft a financial plan for you so you will have an idea how much will you be getting back from the sale and from there, you can decide how much loan and money do you want to put into the purchase.

Information that I will require:

1) Unit address
2) CPF OA utilised plus accrued interest
3) any outstanding loan
4) unutilised CPF OA funds
5) cash on hand

Btw may I know your plan? Do you wish to buy resale HDB then sell off current condo or sell off first then purchase or do both at the same time?

something to take note is that you can choose to buy first just have to dispose off condo within 6 months will do.
