i am the 2nd owner of the flat. can i engage an agent to sell the property. i sign on the necessary forms when there is a confirmed, and the agent contact my mom who is the 1st owner to sign the form on separate day? Or she signs 1st and i sign on a separate day. this is due to we are on very bad terms and my mom is seldom in sg as she is staying in malaysia with my sister. She agrees with selling of the property. please advise urgently.
