I am singaporean Chinese, single female with a 8yrs old child looking for a whole unit with NO OWNER or OWNER SELDOM STAY-IN, budget max. $1.3k for rent.
Alternative, if there is a master room with NO OWNER or OWNER SELDOM STAY-IN, budget max. $1.1K for rent.
OK with studio too as long within budget.
We need a quiet environment. Light cooking must be allowed.
