I am singaporean chinese family with a 8yrs old child looking for:
1) a whole unit with NO OWNER or OWNER SELDOM STAY-IN, budget max. $1.8k for rent.
2) a master room with attached bathroom with NO OWNER or OWNER SELDOM STAY-IN, budget max. $1.4K for rent.
A quiet environment is a must. Light cooking must be allowed. The locations that we are looking at are Boon Keng / Bendemeer / Geylang Bahru / Kallang Bahru / St George / Whampoa, near to Bendemeer Primary School. Estimate move in December 2014. Long term staying, but start with 1yr contract, subject to extend.
