I am SG PR here, i already own hdb house for 8'yrs and i plan to buy condo for inverstment .

I heard that i have to sell the hdb if i wanted to buy condo. Pr not allow to own both hdb and condo. Isnt ?? Please kindly check for me.

Good morning Alex,

For SPR household HDB owners (both husband and wife are SPRs) have to sell off their HDB within 6 months after key collection/ TOP of their private condo.

If one of your household is a Singaporean, you are eligible to hold on to your current HDB and purchase a private property as investment.
