I am selling my HDB myself. After posting an Ad on the newsapaper, i have agents calling me up asking me if i'll give them commission if they bring buyers to see my hse. Is this legal? i thought agents only can represent buyer or seller and not both.
Please advise.

Afternoon Lyenn,

Yes, you are right. Agents are only allowed to represent either the seller or the buyer and not both.
But it would be good to have someone to act on your behalf, to avoid all the unwanted calls and money for the advertisements.
