I am selling my flats at 617 amk ave 4 , seems like its a bit difficult to get buyer, or maybe to sell it, not like wat i expect at first,my agent told me that it is cause of low level,?is it realli low chances for amk area to get sold easily!?

Evening,

There are 4 and 5 room unit within your block. There are only two 4 room flat and one 5 room sold within your area for past 6 months. Based on the location and level, your asking price, condition of unit and unit facing will play a major role in how fast your unit will be sold.
