I am selling my current 5rm flat and it is owned by both myself and my dad. However, my dad is a bankrupt and will this affect the sale of the flat? It is financed under bank loan. I will be getting the keys to my new dbss apartment next month. I understand i need to sell my current flat before getting my keys. If my dad is a bankrupt, will there be any cash return upon sale of flat?
