I am Raj 45 years old from India and I Would like to invest in Singapore in Housing property and move to Singapore permanently with my family. My budget is S$400 to 500k. Can you please provide more information this.

Hi Raj,

If you have investible funds of S$400-$500k, you should be able to purchase a property here if you take up some loan to finance the property.

Do take note the Stamp Duties payable. For a foreigner like you, besides the Buyer Stamp Duty (est 3% of property price), you will be liable to pay an Additional Buyer Stamp Duty of 15% of the property price.
