I am planning to sell my property and presently have someone who is helping me to do so. I have several question to ask before finalising it
- while I have not sign an exclusive agreement I have verbally said that I will use him to sell my property and if there are anyone interested I will refer to him. The commission quoted is 2% for cobroke and 1.5% if not. I know its negotiable but is this reasonable
- at the same time I have relative / friends who want to help me sell this ( they are not agent )...is this possible and if I refer them to my agent how is this handled in term of the cobroking
- what if I have a relative / friends who want to purchase from me directly, should I still need to go to the agent bec the agent will have a easy sell without doing anything at all.
