Morning,

Having the flat fully furnished will have it's plus, as it will be able to fetch higher rental.
You can choose to advertise the unit as unfurnished with the possible option to furnish it at tenant's request which would come with higher rental. In this manner, you can have more exposure.

Do note that you need to be mentally prepared to spend some money to furnish your unit, in the case you get a tenant who can pay but wants it partial or fully furnished.

Do feel free to contact me if you require further assistance.

Dear owner,

You may wish to keep the existing options open for rental now as what I understand that most tenants nowadays would like to bring in their own furnishings, unless the tenants are new to Singapore and have only their luggage in tow.

Let me know your unit details as well as the price you are looking for as I have a few tenants looking to move by May 2012.

Hi flat-away,

You can rent out unfurnished/furnished/partial furnished. Most importantly the house should be of corresponding conditions.
