i am non resident but would like to buy an apt condo in singapore for potential investment. what are all the taxes and fees applicable for foreign investors, in buying and selling the apt?

Dear sir,

More importantly, what are your expected returns from this investment and how would you like this to be realised (rental or capital appreciation). To most investors, real estate in Singapore has almost reached a saturation point and are already looking out of Singapore to put their money. Why are you looking at investing here then?

I do have a couple of interesting projects be it local or overseas which I may share with you. 15% Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty applies on top of the normal 3% Buyers Stamp Duty. Legal charges are also applicable. Let me know if I may share more information with you.
