I am looking to purchase a commercial property, in particular: HDB shophouse.
I went to HDB website and saw the requirement included:
Latest business registration record from the Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority
Company's resolution (For Pte. Ltd. Co.)
I would then like to ask:
1) Can an individual buy a HDB shophouse (pure commercial, no residential component) and to buy it solely in his name (similar to a purchase for pte residential), without the need for company registration in ACRA?
