I am looking to buy a ready-to-move-in 2BR Private Condo/Apartment, preferably in the East & close to Changi Business Park. I am currently renting a unit in Tampines & will have to move out by end of August 2013 so I a targeting completion of my purchase by that time. I am a foreigner working in a bank in Singapore for the past 18 months. I can put down about half a million SG$ as cash down payment with the rest taken as a loan from my organization. My budget for the property is about 800k inclusive of all the Stamp Duties. I don't need any help with the housing loan as it has been worked out already. Kindly advise. Also, Do i need to pay any commission to the Agents ?
