I am looking the condos of whole unit with 1 bedroom + 1 living room etc in early April 2013 in the area of CCK, Bt Batok, Jurong East and Bt Panjang. Pls adv how much should I pay for the monthly rental and whether am I still need to pay for management fees.as well, how much for that also? beside these, I need for one year rental, what are the procedures and payment need to make before i posses the unit., and what about the commission ?
