I am looking for rented HDB house to start with in West coast. Wanted to know what is the term "Co-Broke means"? Is the broker is responsible to get the rent/lease agreement, TV Liecence and Internet connection? How much " negotiatble (Rent)" can be negotiated in terms of price range?
