I am Looking for a one bedroom apartment or a single studio. Not more than 20 or 30 minutes by public transportation to Raffles Place mrt. I am not looking for a place where i have to share the kitchen and bathroom. so a one person apartment or studio only please. My range is 1000-1500 sgd per month incl utilities.

    Also, I am not interested in a shared pantry. I was wondering how much a place would cost for fully single apartment. No sharing at all.

    Also, any chance equivalent apartments are available within the range of 1k-1.5k? I am looking to rent for 1+year..
